It was fantastic! That service was phenomenal. The food was completely first class excellent. The party went so smoothly from beginning to end. I am so glad we made the right choice and suggested anybody looking for a venue to absolutely check out Sam's Of Gedney Way! I hope to figure out another party to have there again soon! Everyone loved the patio room. Working with Ron and his assistant was a pleasure and all our guests were so impressed with his service and attention. You had amazing notes and not a stone was left unturned. Also David was just so accommodating. Thank you for all your help throughout and it is our pleasure to recommend Sam's of Gedney Way to our family, friends and neighbors. Looking forward to working with you again or just stopping by for dinner some time.

They have a really good selection and I haven't gone wrong with anything I've ordered. The service is excellent--never slow even when it's busy.

This place is beautiful inside! They had specific st patrick’s day specials that we were interested in. We tried to order the Corned Beef Reuben Spring Rolls but they were out of them. A bummer, and he suggested a few other options for appetizers that I couldn’t fully hear and also couldn’t find anywhere on the menu so maybe we somehow didn’t see the whole menu?? My bf got the Ruben sandwich and I got the chicken schnitzel sandwich. Both with fries and both were delicious! I also got the peach tea cocktail which I didn’t like. My bf got the black and tan and enjoyed it. The server was friendly enough. He didn’t really come around much which was fine, but the food took 30 mins to come out. So I didn’t love that. We were watching the food other people ordered come out and they had some very interesting things so I’d definitely want to come back to try the stuffed French toast specifically. I just won’t come too hungry! read less

I went there for lunch and seated right away. The place wasn't too crowded. I sat at the booth. I ordered the cheddar burger with fries. It was delicious and I especially liked the onions.😋

I would visit this restaurant in the future.

I had kind of stopped dining out much during the worst of the pandemic, and upon returning to Sam's, was very pleasantly surprised by all the changes and renovations that had occurred. They managed to preserve what was great about the old Sam's, but provide meaningful upgrades in every respect. The interior and outdoor patio area have been beautifully renovated. The menu retains many traditional favorites, but also offers an abundance of new and inspired dishes. The atmosphere is comfortable enough to just pop in for a bite, yet elegant enough to also serve as destination for a special occasion or family gathering. In fact, Sam's has become a go to destination when friends and family visit; the service is great, and the way they effortlessly accommodate vegan or gluten free requests is especially appreciated. We've enjoyed several wonderful lunches and dinners there in recent months, and eagerly look forward to our next visit! read less

We were so pleased with the entire event from start to finish and making the arrangements was easy. The venue was lovely. The staff was friendly, responsive to our requests, and efficient. All the food was delicious--appetizers (mushroom straws, cauliflower pizza, and Korean spiced cauliflower), salad, entrees (salmon and chicken especially), and desserts. The meal was paced well and all our guests commented on what a lovely event it was. Thank Sam's! read less
